By installing or utilizing Tool Yaar: PDF & Image Tools, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your country) and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization or business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the application, and remove it from your device immediately.

Tool Yaar provides an all-in-one multi-utility platform comprising 50+ smart productivity, document processing, calculator, scanner, and hardware tools:

• Document & Image Utilities: PDF merger, Image to PDF converter, PDF viewer, document protector/unlocker, Image compressor, resize/crop tools, OCR text scanner, and many more image & document tools.
• Financial & Math Calculators: EMI loan calculators, GST calculators, SIP planners, BMI indexes, unit converters, currency tools, and many more mathematical & financial utilities.
• Device & Hardware Utilities: GPS Map Camera with live coordinates, Compass, Flashlight, Sound meter, Internet speed test, Emergency SOS, and many more daily hardware tools.
• AI Assistant (Tool Yaar AI): Intelligent assistant to solve queries, write summaries, and assist daily productivity tasks.
• Additional Everyday Utilities: Pomodoro focus timer, To-Do list, counter, QR scanner & generator, and many more smart tools continuously added to the suite.

Account creation in Tool Yaar is 100% optional. Most utilities function seamlessly as guest users without sign-in. If you choose to register via Firebase Authentication:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach regarding your account.
• User data saved to our Firebase Database is safeguarded using industry-standard AES-256 Client-Side Encryption before transmission.
• You may request complete account and data deletion at any time via the app settings or by contacting toolyaarofficial@gmail.com.

When using Tool Yaar, you agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You specifically agree that you will NOT:

• Process, convert, or distribute files, documents, or images that infringe intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights of any third party.
• Use the app to produce, store, or transmit illegal, defamatory, harmful, fraudulent, or malicious content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from the Tool Yaar APK or application binaries, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Bypass, modify, disable, or tamper with any security features, authentication mechanisms, or encryption systems.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or excessive programmatic scripts that overburden our server or third-party API infrastructure.
• Use the Tool Yaar AI Assistant to generate hate speech, harassment, illegal instructions, or copyright-violating material.

The built-in Tool Yaar AI Assistant is designed to assist users with general questions, summaries, math guidance, and productivity suggestions. However:

• AI responses are generated automatically by large language models and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
• AI advice should never replace professional legal, medical, tax, or financial counsel. Always independently verify critical calculations or decisions.
• We do not retain permanent conversational histories on our servers for model training without your explicit consent.

The Tool Yaar brand name, logo, graphic designs, user interface layouts, software code, and official domain (toolyaar.com) are the exclusive intellectual property of Dipanshu Kumar and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Tool Yaar is provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation.

While we strive for maximum precision, reliability, and security across all utilities (such as calculators, compass sensors, and file compressors), we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, zero bugs, or 100% mathematical accuracy under all hardware sensor conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Dipanshu Kumar nor Tool Yaar contributors shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of data, file corruption, device malfunction, lost profits, or business interruption—arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the application or website.

The App and website may contain links to third-party services (such as Google Play Store, Aptoide, Firebase, and official YouTube/Instagram social channels). These third-party services operate under their own independent terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Use at any time. When modifications are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of Tool Yaar after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the newly revised Terms.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
